At the entrance to the farm house, in the courtyard, there is a small area where you can have your own garden pots or if you like have a patio table and chairs! At the back of the flat the landlord has allocated some garden space for tenants to use without having to do the maintenance!
There is a car parking space for 1 car at the front.

Directions

From Sturminster Newton office, turn left towards the bridge and traffic lights. Turn left over the bridge and head towards Okeford Fitzpaine. Turn right off the main road to Blandford sign posted to Okeford Fitzpaine. Follow the road up the hill ahead, for about 3-4 miles and turn right towards Leigh, just before the sign post to Ibberton. Travel this country road and at the small crossrtoad/junction, follow the road straight over and the property will be found on the left hand side along side a small pond.
